Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on artigwall.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping cost:

Free shipping for US orders(excluding Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico).

For orders outside the continental United States, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, shipping cost, and delivery time.

Shipping Methods:

Non-custom products are shipped from warehouses in the USA via FEDEX and UPS.

Customized products or none-US orders will be shipped from our factory in China via DHL or UPS.

Delivery time:

For US orders:

Ship in 24 Hours(business day).

Ready to ship from the warehouses in the USA.

You will get your order in 3~7 business days, depends on your location.

Customized products will be shipped from China. 2-3 business days processing time usually needed. 4~7 business days shipping time for international shipping.

For customers from other country:

5~ 8 business days for shipping, customized products need a few days for processing work, it depends on the custom products.

Shipping restrictions:

Orders from restrict countries & areas will be canceled.

Freight and Oversized Deliveries:

Some Artigwall® products are large or heavy and may be delivered by freight carrier.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

Freight delivery usually includes delivery to the curbside or driveway area. It may not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or subject to additional fees.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@artigwall.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel shipments.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at support@artigwall.com, and we will help check the shipment status.

Missing or lost packages:

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier if possible.

Please contact us via support@artigwall.com if you have something lost. We will tell you how to do.

What to do if the delivery is delayed

If we do not ship your order on time for some reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you have the right to cancel the order and get a full refund.

Australia, Canada and Singapore orders:

Sea freight shipping (over 40 Business days), please check the shipping fee when you checkout.
